Topkapi Palace is one of the three proud heritage sights of the UNESCO recognized Sultanahmet peninsula after Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. Upon our pick up from the hotel, our guide gives us a tour at the gardens and halls of Topkapi, which from 15th to the 19th Century was the principle residence and the administration center of the Turkish Ottoman Empire. We enjoy viewing staggering collection of imperial and religious treasury, golden thrones, emerald crowns, hand embroidered kaftans, and learn about our world's one of magnificent empires who ruled Asia, Africa and Europe continents in health and peace. After the tour transfer back to the hotel.
