Hours of operation

Burj Khalifa – Ticket only is available daily; Tour time: 10:00 am - 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm - 9:00 pm. Dubai City Tour Departs at 9:00am. Dune Dinner Safari Tour is available daily, except Saturday and Pick up between 15:00pm-15:30pm.

Location Dubai City Tour departs from the Front of the Burjuman Mall, Bur Dubai.

Policies Burj Khalifa - Tickets are timed and dated. Modification and cancellation is not allowed. Guest should be at the entrance at least 15 minutes before the assigned timing. Dubai City Tour requires a minimum of 2 passengers to operate. Dune Dinner Safari - As Safaris involve off-road driving through rugged country, pregnant women and passengers aged less than 6 or over 65 are not accepted, or at clients own will & risk. This tour is conducted in English only. Minimum number of persons for the excursion is 4 persons. Excursions operated from Hotels outside the City Limits are subject to surcharge and the supplement will be advised on a case to case basis.
