Policies Guests must review and sign a liability waiver before the tour begins. Bring sunscreen, a comfortable shirt and shorts/pants, jacket, windbreaker or sweatshirt, closed-toe shoes. DON'T FORGET YOUR CAMERA! Distance: 10 miles round - trip. It is recommended you stretch in the morning, and eat a healthy breakfast rich in carbohydrates.
