The guides have been extensively trained and are proud to share the history, lore and legends of Key West.

Note: Your eTicket is good for all day use from 9am, with the last re-boarding at 4:30pm. If you chose to stay on the trolley, the tour is approximately 90 minutes. You may "hop on" and "hop off" as many times as you like during the hours of operation.

Hours of operation

Daily 9am to 4:30pm 364 days a year Closed the last Saturday in October for Fantasy Fest. Tours depart from boarding locations approx. every 30 minutes. Earnest Hemingway House and Museum is open daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm - 365 days a year.

Policies Upon confirmation of your tour, a TRUSTED TOURS e-ticket will be emailed to you. Please print and submit THIS voucher to the facility. Third party vouchers will not be accepted – Trusted Tours E-Tickets only. Once E-ticket has been redeemed, Ticket is non-refundable. Reservations are not accepted and seating is on a first come, first served basis. Patrons with voucher/e-tickets can board at any Old Town Trolley boarding location. A long-term road construction project may require adjustments to stop 6 and 7.
