SAMPLE MENU Starters: •Homemade vegetable soup served with a freshly baked roll. •Chilled Chicken Ceasar Salad. •Freshly prepared Dublin Bay Seafood Chowder.

Main Course: •Pan Fried Three Rock Breast of Chicken served with a homemade wholegrain mustard sauce. •Wicklow Lamb Stew infused with Irish seasonal vegetables and potatoes. •Atlantic Darne of Salmon served with lemon, dill and butter sauce. •Prime Sirloin of Irish Beef served with fresh market vegetables. •Vegetarian Stir Fry served with egg noodles.

Dessert: •Taylors Lemon Cheesecake with a coulis dressing and fresh cream. •Fresh Fruit Salad, refreshing and delicious. •Taylors Irish Coffee.
