The Grand Ole Opry is the show that made country music famous. "Born" in 1925, it's the longest-running live radio program in history. Each program showcases the best of the past, present and future. See the reverence every artist has as they take the stage at the Grand Ole Opry and step on the six-foot, oak-wood circle placed within it from the stage of the Ryman Auditorium - the Opry's previous home and "Mother Church of Country Music". This circle reminds everyone that they're a part of something larger than themselves and that they will now be forever tied to the legends who have stood there before them.
