If we tell you there’s a resort you’ve got to see in the Galápagos Islands you’d probably imagine some kind of bare-bones eco-resort, or a bit of sailing on some latter-day HMS Beagle. Bare-bones it isn’t, but an eco-resort it certainly still is, at least in the sense that you’re immersed in the Ecuadoran rainforest from beginning to end.
