I liked

The fact that Brussels is just cool. Many independant shops, a cultural offer that could make bigger cities really jealous, excellent food, great beer and chocolate, great bars and on top of all, it's a rather cheap city

I disliked

Taxis are expensive. City is not pretty everywhere, really select the neighborhood you want to visit.
