Koko Crater Botanical Garden

( No user reviews )

Koko Crater Botanical Garden stretches on a surface of 60 acre and is located within the Koko Crater, on the island of Oahu. The garden has many different species of plants and it also features species from Madagascar, Africa and the Americas.

Visiting the garden you'll also have the chance to admire the natural landscape of the Koko Crater, which features many Hawaiian tree species, including the kiawe, wiliwili and koa haole.

Because of the hot climate and lack of facilities, visitors are advised to bring potable water, sunglasses and sunscreen protection. Also, it is forbidden to pick any plants from the garden and to touch or smell any unfamiliar plants, as many contain allergens that can cause skin irritations, sneezing, inflammation and other discomforts.
