Hours of operation

City Sightseeing Edinburgh operates daily, frequency: 15-30 minutes. Closed December 25th and departs from Waverley Bridge. Loch Ness & Highlands of Scotland Tour departs at 7:45am daily. Hotel pickup (selected hotels only). Closed December 25-26 and January 1st. The Historic Vaults Tour is available: Summer (April - October): 2pm and 4pm daily Winter (November - March): 2pm Sat and Sun, 4pm daily Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the tour. All tours depart from the Mercat Cross next to St Giles Cathedral on the Royal Mile.

Policies

Loch Ness & Highlands of Scotland Tour - This tour has 4 passenger minimum requirement and is subject to cancellation if this minimum is not met. The Historic Vaults Tour - For health and safety reasons, anyone deemed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be admitted on the tour. No refunds will be given in such an event. As you are participating in a walking tour, primarily outdoors, please dress appropriately for both the weather and terrain – comfortable, sensible walking shoes and warm, waterproof clothing when required.
