We offer the only “Show up and Ride” in the Tonto National Forest starting from the closest trail head to the Phoenix area, trail 2123 conveniently located in north Scottsdale. This unguided, ride on your own tour is the best around. Enjoy the off-road vehicle of your choice as you journey to the beautiful Verde River that flows all year long. From there take off on an unforgettable Arizona desert experience traveling through tight canyons, rolling, winding desert trails with track like woops and side walls, and up to the top of awesome scenic vistas. Tonto National Forest is known for its plentiful wild life and wide verities of climates, terrain, and plant life unlike no other. In this 30 square mile marked trail system with boundaries on all sides, it is the perfect place to experience the Arizona Desert Backcountry and never get lost.

Start daily at 8 am and 12 pm Guests must arrive by 8am (tour will depart at 9am), or by 12pm (tour will depart at 1pm). Closed Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas

Policies

No open toed shoes, dresses or skirts permitted. Must be at least 10 years old to ride as a passenger in a UTV. All minors must be accompanied by a parent. Waiver required. Please note the UTV / Rhino backseat is designed for small adults or kids, the back seat is rated for 200lbs max. Must be at least 5' tall and 100 lbs to drive an ATV. Must be 16 years old or older to drive with a valid driver's license. Must be at least 18 years old to rent with a valid ID and major credit card. Must supply a $500 security deposit per ATV and $1000 per UTV. All security deposits are done on a major credit card only, no debit cards that can be run as credit, no check and no cash is accepted for the deposit. Waivers must be signed.
