Highlights / General details

All our paddle trips take place on the Athabasca River. Designated as a Canadian Heritage River because of it's scenic beauty and history of fur trade exploration, the Atha-B is a river that all can enjoy.

Under your guide's expert direction you will travel in 6 to 10 passenger, self-bailing rafts through calm stretches and small but lively rapids.

No experience is needed, only a desire to have fun, experience the beauty of the Canadian Rocky Mountains and get wet.

Atha B Expressway - From novice to age ninety, no experience is necessary on the Athabasca River, rich with historic references and scenic beauty. The calm stretches are peppered with small but splashy rapids. This is the ideal river for families with young children.

Athabasca Falls Canyon Run - This trip starts at the base of Athabasca Falls and plunges through numerous rapids with high canyon walls on each side. After the canyon stretch, rafters enjoy the wide open views of the scenic Athabasca Valley to our take out.
