The tour begins by visiting “The Old City” or Ciudad Vieja with its Plaza Matriz, the Potable Water Supply System of the Colonial Montevideo, the Legislative Palace, and the “De las Leyes” Avenue. Continue on to see the Residential Area of the Prado, the Government House, the 1.883 built Obelisk for the “Constituyentes”, the Battle and Ordóñez Park, the Athletics track, the “La carreta” Monument, and the Centenary Stadium.

After that, we continue with the Carrasco Residential Area, the United Nations Boulevard, the Virgilio Square, Punta Gorda, Malvin and Buceo neighborhoods, with their yacht harbor, Yacht Club, Pocitos, Punta Carretas and the Golf Club. On our way back to your hotels we will pass by the Metropolitan Cathedral, Cabildo, Uruguay Club, the famous “Solís Theatre”, Independencia Square, monument to our national hero “ Gral. José G. Artigas”, and visit to the Citadel Gate, Executive Tower, Salvo Palace building, “18 de Julio” Avenue (main downtown commercial street), Fabini Square, and the Palace.
