From your hotel in Luxor, you will be picked up and transferred via an air-conditioned modern vehicle to the Dendera Temple, which is dedicated to the goddess Hathor - the cow headed woman known as the Goddess of Love - and dates back to 125 BC. Its unique feature is its still-intact roof, on which visitors can admire the beautiful ceiling depicting the hours of the day and night as well as the traveling journey of the sun, the moon and the stars across the sky. Next, you will move on to Abydos, which, according to the legend of the ancient Egyptians, represents the head of Osiris, God of the underworld. According to legend, part of his body was buried there. In Abydos, visit the famous temple of king Seti – the founder of Abydos temple, which was later completed by his son, King Ramses II. At the end of the tour, you will be driven to your hotel in Luxor.
