SAMPLE MENU Starters: Chilled cream of asparagus soup with peppered burrata cheese; Duck rillettes, foie gras and country bread; Crisp sucrine lettuce with Caesar sauce; Burgundy snails with tomato sauce and croutons.

Main Courses: Salt cod brandade, rocket with olive oil and lemon; Veal in Marengo sauce and stewed vegetables; Confit shoulder of lamb, semolina with raisins; Rump steak, mashed potatoes and jus with olives.

Cheeses: Mature Brie de Meaux cheese with mixed salad leaves.

Desserts: Gascony white peach gratin in Melba style; Small pot of coffee cream and almond financier biscuit; Strawberries in red fruit sauce; Striped iced nougat: apricot, Morello cherry and pistachio.

Exclusion

Transportation to and from the departure location.
