天津之眼 Tianjin Eye

Tianjin Eye is a 120 meters (390 feet) tall Ferris wheel built on the Chihai Bridge, over the Hai River in Tianjin, China. It was opened in 2008 and it is the only bridge with a giant wheel for visitors, offering spectacular views of the city.

The huge wheel is made up of 48 capsules, each capsule accommodating 8 passengers. It takes over 30 minutes to finish a full cycle and it has a maximum capacity of 768 passengers per hour.

Went on it. Great views. Try to get on at twilight. I like the website too.
