I have been travelling Italy for 3 months now with my husband and 2 children. There have been great experiences and bad ones too, especially with a 7 year old yelling at people to get out of the way in the Louvre. embarrassing, but kids get a bit more homesick and really have no choice as to whether they want to travel with you or not. However our best experience was also with the 7 year old riding bicycles together in the Versailles gardens.

Last place I'd travel to is Afghanistan. I would live in Italy or France. I wish I could have brought all my family with me on our 3 month trip.. My dream is to open a bed and breakfast aimed at getting more Australians to visit Europe.
