The second largest island in the Zanzibar archipelago, less famous than Unguja, is more and more being visited by tourists looking for a less crowded place. It is great for diving, with amazing reefs and underwater life.

Between Pemba and the mainland, the Pemba channel is one of the most profitable fishing spots on the East African coast, for game fishing. The Zanzibar archipelago is famous for its cloves, with more than three million clove trees being found of Pemba.
