Kapas Island (Malay: Pulau Kapas) is a nice relaxing island off Marang in Terengganu , Malaysia .
Ferries to Kapas leave from Marang, which is about 45 minutes by car from Kuala Terengganu. You can ask for price quotes from local dealers(there is some agent for Pulau Kapas resort in Kuala Terengganu), to avoid further complication it is better to ask them about how to go if you're going to by yourself.it's better to ask for any package or if you're in group, it will be cheaper.Pulau Kapas or Cotton Island inherited its name from the native because of its incomparable white beaches. Surrounded by crystal clear ocean, Pulau Kapas promises a spectacular getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life to quiet natural retreats with abundant sunshine and crisp clean air.
