Hittin 7 inches of skied out fresh

Grand Targhee is part of a national forest at the base of the Tetons. The ski area is spread over two mountain peaks and there’s lots of run space and choice from 3 mile cruiser runs to short, sharp and slightly demented vertical trips.

Because this resort is grandly isolated it's never crowded of masses, and it's like you'll have it all to yourself. There are only four chairlifts, but you’ll seldom have to wait for your turn. This resort is not so famous as its neighbour Jackson Hole, but it's perfect for those who want to avoid the crowds.
