Created by the Pivka River, Postojna Cave is a 20,570 meters long karst cave system near Postojna, Slovenia. From the 12.000 caves in the country, this is the longest and the most visited. In almost 200 years, it has been visited by over 33 million people, accompanied by experienced cave guides.

It is situated 50 kilometers from the capital and it's the most important tourist attraction in Slovenia. A tour in the cave system last about 80-90 minutes. Don't worry, you don't have to walk all the way, there is a train that takes tourists through the cave.

The most impressive hall is the Concert Hall, being able to accommodate thousands of people and having exceptional acoustics. For the last hundred years many concerts have been held here and a variety of soloists performed.
