Located in the beautiful city of Girona, El Celler de Can Roca was opened in 1986 by the three Roca brothers: head chef Joan Roca, head sommelier Josep and pastry chef Jordi. Using traditional ingredients and some of the same gastronomy techniques used at Mugaritz and El Bulli, the chef creates deliciously different dishes.
The Roca brothers created some dishes and desserts inspired by celebre perfumes like Calvin Klein's Eternity, Dior's Hypnotic Poison, Bvlgari, Lancôme's Trésor and many others. “Miracle by Lancome” (the desert, not the perfume) is Jordi Roca's creation, in which he represents the scent of Lancome’s cologne in a fruit based dessert. A paper infused with Miracle by Lancome will help you decide if the aromas of the dessert matched the pefume.
