This popular beach on the south coast of Barbados is great for swimming, jet skiing, body surfing and even windsurfing. Across the road, at Dover Playing Field, you can often catch a cricket match or see Bajan footballers in action.

Dover Beach is wide and the sea is mostly calm, but there are still lifeguards to retain a good level of safety. There are many stalls nearby selling refreshments, snacks or renting beach equipment.
